Overview

There are many in America who experience reduction in disability and pain through chiropractic services. There are also many who argue that chiropractic is not a mainstream therapy and is unclear on the application of guidelines for assessment and treatment. Are chiropractic services an effective and cost-efficient service for relief of pain and reduction in disability?

Join Cyndy Nayer, MA, President and CEO of the Center for Health Value Innovation, Mark Zeigler, DC Northwestern Health Sciences University and Niteesh K. Choudhry, MD, PhD, Harvard Medical School Brigham & Women’s Hospital to discuss the findings of the Center’s most recent paper: Outcomes-Based Contracting™: The Value-Based Approach for Optimal Health with Chiropractic Services. Based upon an earlier white paper by Dr. Niteesh K. Choudhry, PhD and Dr. Arnold Milstein, MPH, the Center’s analysis reveals a decision process for choosing chiropractic services for low-back and neck pain as part of the value-based benefit plan for improving health value.
