Dear Colleague,
These are challenging times to serve in senior leadership positions, and challenging times call for unique approaches and solutions. Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government offers an Executive Education program that gets right to the personal side of leadership - a topic that many other training programs neglect.
Leadership for the 21st Century: Chaos, Conflict and Courage introduces a set of conceptual frameworks designed to challenge your fundamental assumptions about how to exercise effective leadership and authority and to help you develop a broad range of leadership skills. The program is led by Harvard faculty members who are experts in the field of leadership and who have served in a variety of senior leadership positions themselves.
As the start date of the October 16 - 21, 2011 program approaches, we wanted to make sure you were aware of this exciting offering.
Participants in the program include senior officials from public, private, and nonprofit organizations from the United States and around the world. The diversity within the group makes this program a powerful learning opportunity.
