AHIP Foundation and Harvard School of Public Health - Forces of Change in Health Insurance Leadership Program

Take time away from the office during health care reform implementation?

You'll be glad you did.

As you and your teams focus on all of the changes health care reform implementation brings, it's hard to imagine taking time out of the office. Until, that is, you consider what you'll gain when you participate in America's Health Insurance Plans (AHIP) Foundation’s Forces in Change in Health Insurance Leadership Program, September 26-28, in Boston.

The program, led by Harvard School of Public Health's David Shore, PhD, other leading Harvard faculty, and business and health care executives, focuses on essential tools to lead during times of change.

A Smart Investment of Time

Ideal for both you and your leadership teams, this powerful program addresses strategic management during change by detailing a step-by-step approach to project management that addresses the types of immediate and longer-term changes health plans are facing, developing and executing quality initiatives, and more.
