CMS and Healthcare Leaders to Share Insight
Sean Cavanaugh, CMS Deputy Director and Director of the Director of the Center for Medicare, will open the conference with an update on the results of Performance Year 2015. Leaders of successful ACOs will comment on how your ACO can learn from their experiences and prosper. Patrick Conway, MD, Deputy Administrator for Innovation and Quality and Chief Medical Officer at CMS is also confirmed for an update on CMS’s strategy for value-based payment including the Alternative Payment Models and the Merit-based Incentive Payment System, created by the Medicare Access and CHIP Reauthorization Act of 2015.

David Blumenthal, President of the Commonwealth Fund, will share insight from his current role leading the Commonwealth Fund, a private foundation that aims to promote a high performing healthcare system.
