Care Quality Report, which documents performance
trends over time, tracks variation in care, and
recommends quality improvements to the U.S.
healthcare system. Following 2013's submission
data, NCQA's latest 2014 report summarizes more
than 1,000 health plans' data related to
clinical quality, customer experience, and
resource use.
