to value-based competition. It is an economic
imperative to decrease costs and improve care outcomes
in our country. While it's still early in the process,
the transition is already demonstrating significant
cost savings, while improving the health of
populations and the experience of care. This trend is
accelerating and is not reversible. Verisk Health's
