In 2008, Providence Health & Services Alaska began the planning and implementation of a reengineering of their Employee Health & Wellness programs and services. More than two years later, the onsite Employee Health & Wellness Center is now a valuable resource to employees within the system, and provides a holistic and integrated approach to employee health and wellbeing.
