employ an over-read process to ensure that the
abstraction data is correct
2. Admin Refresh: Performing an admin data refresh
will ensure that you receive the
data from March and April that would not have been
included in your production run
3. MRRV Data Submission: All chart review is to be
completed by May 15 and sent to
your auditor
