David A. Shore, PhD, founded and directs the School's Forces of Change and Project Management in Health Care programs. Shore's work on project management and stakeholders in health care is part of his larger work on market dynamics and the strategies that most powerfully affect the creation of a unique and sustainable competitive advantage. He is well known for building constructive links between theory and practice, creating ideas, and providing a path to action. David A. Shore will lead sessions on topics including stakeholder alignment and project management at Forces of Change.
