What’s included in
Your New Employee Orientation?
Generally,
new employee orientations comprise of topics like an organization’s
history, vision and mission, and organizational charts. It may include a
departmental orientation. And, we all know it includes a heap of paperwork.
However,
being in the health care business, you have an additional opportunity. You

This
easy-to-follow online course was created to orient those new to the health
insurance industry. The course is formatted in short, bite-sized modules
that take about 15-30 minutes each to complete. Your employees learn at
their own pace and on their own time as they move through the materials in
the order they choose, maximizing their interest and comprehension.
