New CMS ACO Shared Savings Program Regulations
Analysis and strategic implications from a legal and regulatory perspective

Overview

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) announced they are about to publish proposed Accountable Care Organization (ACO) regulations under the Affordable Care Act's Shared Savings Program. The regulations are expected to address a range of issues regarding various aspects of ACO arrangements and operations under the program, which have not been given significant detailed guidance to date.

Please join national experts from EpsteinBeckerGreen including Douglas A. Hastings, David E. Matyas and Patricia M. Wagner in a thorough examination and discussion of the new regulations, with a focus on strategic implications for stakeholders from a legal and regulatory perspective.
