Harvard's Forces of Change program offers health care executives and emerging leaders direction on strategic issues at their organization. In an economic landscape which demands improved efficiency, reduced costs, and enhanced quality, Forces addresses critical success factors at the intersection of health care and business with a focus on how to effect change.

What is the Forces of Change program?

A highly-rated executive education program:
Forces of Change features an end-to-end conceptual model offering leaders a broad view of the players and forces at work in the health care industry, along with strategic direction to gain a competitive advantage.

An expert faculty:
Harvard faculty and industry leaders from payers, providers, industry associations, and government lead high-impact sessions, drawing from their vast experience in the field.

Diverse participants from many sectors of health care: Forces participants are foreign and domestic leaders seeking to improve the quality of patient care, reduce the cost of providing that care, enhance stakeholder satisfaction, and address implementation challenges specific to health care.

Interactive and engaged learning:
This program is designed to facilitate networking and collaboration through discussion, participant-led sessions, case studies, panel discussions, and Socratic Dialogues.

A mix of strategies and tactics:
Forces culminates in a full day program dedicated to Attaining Process Improvement Excellence in Health Care which will focus on how to reduce waste in processes, optimize productivity, and improve patient safety.
